hi folks! in my attempt to get caught up with my blog, i've created this monster slide show of our trip to NH. we (as usual) had a great time, and as you can see, took a lot of pictures! here are some highlights from our trip:
- being together for the first 4th of july in 4 years. watching the parade with family and watching the fireworks from cousin paul's field.
- swimming at uncle rich & aunt sandy's pool
- meeting gabriel & jillian for the first time
- attending two big family picnics and catching up with everyone
- spending time with gram & gramp k, gigi, and grammie b
- meeting up with friends at lost river- anna had a blast.. going through every cave and sifting for jewels
- having lunch with laura, jenna, grace & jake
- swimming and playing with al, andi & the girls
- attending church with the family
- going to windy ridge orchard
- meeting elie & amanda's sweet new puppy
- having a yummy & fun girls night out dinner with my sisters-in-law
- picking strawberries for the second time this year (we timed it right!)
- going to a cookout at chris & jesse's and finding out that they have baby #2 on the way!
- eating peas from auntie tina's garden
- being there for chicken killing day- anna even (half-heartedly) helped. shocker!
- riding niki and spending time with toni & cooper
- the girls wearing the new glasses that poppa made for them
- having a delicious dinner at gigi's, followed by her famous pie for dessert. YUM!
- visiting with aunt theresa
- going to the papermill theatre with christina and ernie
- fishing and swimming in the brook with grammie weezie
- meeting our friend amy for lunch
- watching ben take the girls off the rope swing
and i must include one low from the trip as well.... unfortunately i dropped my camera on the barn floor when we were horseback riding.... so i am feeling pretty helpless without it. it (sort of) still works, but only when it wants to. it's definitely on its last leg, and we'll have to shop for a new one soon.... so until then, my blog probably won't contain many pictures.

Your pictures are beautiful! It looks like you had a wonderful time in NH. It really makes me miss Maine. This is the first summer in a while we didn't get home. I hope you are feeling settled in your new home.
