in my attempt to get everything here under control, i've decided i have put off blogging for long enough. yes, perhaps i should be doing more important things such as dishes, laundry, and vacuuming.... but it sure is fun to look back at the pictures from our lovely holiday trip to NH! as usual, we had a wonderful time during the 2 weeks we spent at home. there was plenty of time for cousins to play, for catching up with friends & family, and outdoor fun such as sliding and hiking (my crazy husband went on a hike by himself in FREEZING temps...). we shared christmas day with my parents in their new house (which has radiant heat... the cats were in heaven!), and we got to witness the ice letting go in a nearby river-- not something you see everyday. on the night before we left, we had a family birthday celebration for cal & anna, complete with a fireworks show courtesy of awesome uncle elie. we pretty much just had the best time, and as usual were sad to return to the bumper-to-bumper traffic of the city. we miss everyone and are looking forward to our next visit!
