2.22.02..... i can't believe it's been 8 years! this has really been a wonderful anniversary. ben was actually home to celebrate. miss anna lou (have you heard of her?? no? well, she's a fabulous party planner whose specialty is anything and everything romantic) prepped all afternoon for the perfect anniversary dinner. she and her little sis/slave girl jane went all out to make it special for us. a candlelit dinner with flowers, angel statues (?) and sparkling lemonade in wine glasses... she thought of it all. she even started the meal with a special anniversary blessing... can you say attention to detail?? we ended the evening with a dance show, and a viewing of our wedding video. we all laughed and smiled. it was a great, great day. we're so thankful for our girls, and most importantly, each other.
anna's signs on the door. i think the bottom one is of ben getting home from work and me trying to let him in... but she didn't want him coming in without her welcoming him. (?)
