cinderella here. ben took his princesses to the ball, while i'm left with a very messy house and a tired, cranky baby! ha ha... it's not so bad- once i put the crankster to bed and get my "chores" done, i can sit and enjoy the quiet house... maybe read more than 2 pages in the same book i've been reading for the past 4 months? this date was a surprise for the girls, and oh boy were they excited! they prepped by painting their nails, getting their hair done, and putting on fancy new dresses. (did i mention that i'm also the fairy godmother?) they were sparkling from head to toe-- check out jane's fancy new rings courtesy of aunt kim & steph... i'll post later about the beautiful bracelet that they also sent for little luc. anyway, i can't wait to hear all about the evening from prince charming, who was such a good sport considering that he spent the day doing a 12-mile hike with 70lbs. of "royal armor" on his back. dad of the year, i tell ya!

Oh Cinderella! The prince and his girls look just smashing! Seeing a post like this almost makes me feel happy to have a little girl ;) I hope they had a wonderful time, and the pics are so so great.
